Reservations and Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Amendments: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to request changes.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. A valid photo ID and credit/debit card are required at the time of check-in.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other methods specified during the booking process.
- Taxes and Fees: All room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
Guest Responsibilities
- Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Damage: Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless clearly stated in your booking details. Pet-friendly accommodations, if available, may incur additional charges and follow specific rules.
Resort Services and Facilities
- Amenities: Guests may use all available amenities and facilities. Some services may be subject to additional charges.
- Health and Safety: Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations, including any government-mandated COVID-19 protocols in effect at the time of stay.
Liability
- Personal Belongings: Gracious Hospitality is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ belongings. Lockers or safe storage may be provided upon request.
- Injury or Illness: We are not liable for any injury or illness that may occur during your stay, unless required by law. Guests are advised to secure travel insurance.
Privacy
Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By booking and using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described.
Changes to Terms
Gracious Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
